1. Please sign in again if the transaction is suspended or cannot be completed due to delay or error.

2. Only Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and American Express are accepted as payment options. The purchaser must be the cardholder if the payment is made by credit card.

3. Payment failure may be caused by system congestion of the issuing bank, incorrect card information or reaching the credit limit in which case you should contact the issuing bank directly.

4. No return, refund or change of information is allowed once the order is confirmed.

5. The transaction will be deemed canceled in the event of transfer failure or any other cases of unsuccessful transaction.

6. A confirmation email containing confirmed order details will be sent upon successful transaction.

7. Free delivery is offered on orders with a total value of HK$/MOP500 or above. For any purchase at a value below HK$/MOP500, a delivery fee of HK$/MOP40-90 is charged.

8. All product photos of the Company are taken on the spot. The photos may differ slightly from the actual items due to the environment, lighting, printing and composition during photo shooting and your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.

9. The Company will not take any legal responsibility upon completion of transaction. All items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

10. If there are problems with the purchased items, please contact the Company within three working days after receipt of the items. Late notification will not be entertained.

Delivery Arrangements

1. Delivery service is currently available within Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands) and Macau only. Overseas delivery service is not offered.

2. Orders will be delivered to the designated address within three to five working days upon confirmation of the order. Delivery time may be affected by festivals (e.g. Christmas, Lunar New Year and Easter). If typhoon signal No. 8 (or above) or black rainstorm signal is in force, delivery will be postponed. Orders will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our capacity. Please refer to the shipping notification sent by GOUTAL email to check the delivery status by referring to the waybill number and look up on S.F. website.

3. If you cannot collect the goods as scheduled due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express for further arrangements.

4. Door-to-door Delivery Service:

• i. Please make sure that correct recipient’s phone number and address are provided at the time of placing orders to facilitate contact regarding delivery.
• ii. A P.O. Box is not accepted as a delivery address.
• iii. Door-to-door Delivery Service is not available in the following areas: warehouses, logistics centers, the airport, container terminals, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and AsiaWorld-Expo.
• iv. If the delivery address is a residential address, SF Express will call the recipient to schedule a delivery appointment before shipment. Please contact SF Express directly for enquiry, if any. The Company will not make alternative arrangements.
